Next up, the Patriots battle the Cape Fear Colts (Fayetteville, NC) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, September 6. Pinecrest will attempt to better on its 3-4 season record. The Colts go into the contest with a 6-0 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Seventy-First (Fayetteville, NC).

With the loss, Southern Lee moves to 1-5 on the year. The Cavaliers travel to Hoke County (Raeford, NC) to battle the Bucks in a non-league contest on Thursday, September 7. The Bucks go into the contest with a record of 8-1. Hoke County won 2-0 in their recent non-league contest against Lee County (Sanford, NC)
