The Vista Ridge Wolves softball team scored 13 runs and limited the visiting Fountain-Fort Carson Trojans to 1 in the Wolves league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Vista Ridge moves its record to 5-5 on the year. The Wolves host Liberty (Colorado Springs, CO) to play the Lancers in a 5A/4A CSML game on Thursday, September 7. The Lancers come into the game with a record of 3-8. Liberty won 14-4 in their recent league game against Rampart (Colorado Springs, CO)

In their next game, the Trojans play the Pine Creek Eagles (Colorado Springs, CO) in a 5A/4A CSML game, on Thursday, September 7. Fountain-Fort Carson will attempt to move on its 3-8 season record.
