Georgia High School Softball - Peach County bounces Upson-Lee

The Peach County Trojans (Fort Valley, GA) softball routed the visiting Upson-Lee Knights (Thomaston, GA), 10-0 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Trojans (5-3) will now prepare for their bout against Mary Persons (Forsyth, GA). The Bulldogs go into the 3A Region 2 bout with a 4-4 record. In their last bout, Mary Persons toppled Taylor County (Butler, GA), 6-1, in a non-league bout.
The Knights now possess a 1-10 record. They play next when they host Pike County for a 3A Region 2 bout on Thursday, September 7. Upson-Lee will confront a Pirates squad coming off a 9-3 league win over Jackson (Jackson, GA). The Pirates record now stands at 5-7.
