In Tuesday's non-league battle, the visiting Apple Valley Eagles volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Hastings Raiders.
The Eagles (2-1) will now prepare for their test against Faribault (Faribault, MN). The Falcons enter the non-league test with a 0-3 record.
The Raiders (1-2) will now prepare for their test against North (North St. Paul, MN). The Polars enter the Metro East test with a 0-1 record. In their last test, North was knocked off by St. Paul Central (St. Paul, MN), 3-0, in a non-league test.
