South Carolina High School Volleyball - Effingham County over Hilton Head Christian Academy

The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Effingham County Rebels (Springfield, GA) and the host Hilton Head Christian Academy Eagles (Hilton Head Island, SC), saw Effingham County's volleyball squad beat Hilton Head Christian Academy by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Effingham County upgrades its record to 7-4 on the year. The Rebels travel to Savannah Country Day (Savannah, GA) to play the Hornets in a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 5. The Hornets go into the bout with a record of 9-5. Savannah Country Day won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Tattnall County (Reidsville, GA)

The Eagles now own a 4-5 record. They play next when they travel to Glynn Academy for a non-league bout on Thursday, September 7. Hilton Head Christian Academy will play a Terrors squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Brunswick (Brunswick, GA). The Terrors record now stands at 13-1.
