The St. Peter Saints prevailed the host Fairmont Cardinals volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Tuesday's league test.
The Saints now have a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. James for a Big South - East test on Thursday, September 7. St. Peter will confront a Saints team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Lake Crystal-Wellcome Memorial (Lake Crystal, MN). The Saints record now stands at 0-2.
The Cardinals (1-2) will now prepare for their test against New Ulm (New Ulm, MN). The Eagles enter the Big South - East test with a 0-1 record.
