The McLane Highlanders volleyball team (Fresno, CA), was nudged 3-2 in Tuesday's league challenge with the host Fresno Warriors (Fresno, CA)

The Warriors (2-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Hoover (Fresno, CA). The Patriots enter the CMAC/NYL challenge with a 10-8 record. In their last challenge, Hoover nipped Sanger West (Fresno, CA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Highlanders meet the Washington Union Panthers (Fresno, CA) in a Tri-County- Sequoia challenge, on Wednesday, September 6. McLane will attempt to move on its 2-8 season record. The Panthers enter the challenge with a 11-3 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Firebaugh (Firebaugh, CA).
