In Tuesday's non-league contest, the Louisa County Lions (Mineral, VA) volleyball squad were winner over the visiting Spotsylvania Knights (Spotsylvania, VA), by a margin of 3-1.
Next up, the Lions battle the Western Albemarle Warriors (Crozet, VA) in a Jefferson contest, on Tuesday, September 12. Louisa County will attempt to better on its 2-2 season record. The Warriors go into the contest with a 4-2 record after their 3-0 league win over Goochland (Goochland, VA).
With the loss, Spotsylvania moves to 1-1 on the year. The Knights travel to Caroline (Milford, VA) to battle the Cavaliers in a Battlefield contest on Thursday, September 7. The Cavaliers go into the contest with a record of 2-1.
