The McFarland Cougars prevailed the host Wasco Tigers volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Tuesday's league test.

The Cougars now have a 7-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Shafter for a South Sequoia test on Tuesday, September 12. McFarland will confront a Generals team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Righetti (Santa Maria, CA). The Generals record now stands at 12-3.

The Tigers (5-5) will now prepare for their test against Mira Monte (Bakersfield, CA). The Lions enter the non-league test with a 0-5 record. In their last test, Mira Monte dropped by East Bakersfield (Bakersfield, CA), 3-0, in a non-league test.
