The Seguin Cougars volleyball team (Arlington, TX), was dropped 3-0 in Tuesday's league challenge with the visiting Midlothian Panthers (Midlothian, TX)

The Panthers (17-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Cleburne (Cleburne, TX). The Yellowjackets enter the 5A Region I District 8 challenge with a 9-15 record. In their last challenge, Cleburne was dropped by Joshua (Joshua, TX), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Cougars meet the Burleson Elks (Burleson, TX) in a 5A Region I District 8 challenge, on Friday, September 8. Seguin will attempt to move on its 2-9 season record. The Elks enter the challenge with a 10-17 record after their 3-2 league loss to Mansfield Timberview (Arlington, TX).
