The Oneida Baptist Institute Mountaineers volleyball team (Oneida, KY), was nudged 3-2 in Tuesday's non-league challenge with the visiting Red Bird Cardinals (Beverly, KY)

The Cardinals (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Piarist (Martin, KY). The Knights enter the non-league challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, Piarist was nudged by Pike County Central (Pikeville, KY), 1-0, in a non-league bout.

The Mountaineers now own a 0-5 record. They play next when they host Williamsburg for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 9.
