The Perry Central Bulldogs volleyball team (New Augusta, MS), went down 3-0 in Tuesday's league challenge with the visiting West Marion Trojans (Foxworth, MS)

The Trojans (13-3) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Patrick (Biloxi, MS). The Fighting Irish enter the Class 3 Region 8 challenge with a 12-2 record. In their last challenge, St. Patrick defeated Sacred Heart (Hattiesburg, MS), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Bulldogs encounter the Tylertown Chiefs (Tylertown, MS) in a Class 3 Region 8 challenge, on Thursday, September 7. Perry Central will attempt to move on its 1-5 season record. The Chiefs enter the challenge with a 1-7 record after their 3-0 league loss to Our Lady Academy (Bay St. Louis, MS).
