With the win, Winthrop College Prep Academy upgrades its record to 4-3 on the year. The Spartans host North Tampa Christian Academy (Wesley Chapel, FL) to play the Titans in a non-league bout on Wednesday, September 6. The Titans go into the bout with a record of 2-1. North Tampa Christian Academy lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Hernando Christian Academy (Brooksville, FL)

The Falcons now own a 1-4 record. They play next when they travel to Lakeside Christian for a non-league bout on Friday, September 8. Universal Academy will play a Lions squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Admiral Farragut (St. Petersburg, FL). The Lions record now stands at 2-7.
