In Thursday's non-league challenge, the host St. James Sharks volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Wilson Tigers.

The Sharks (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Fort Dorchester (North Charleston, SC). The Patriots come into the non-league challenge with a 1-6 record. In their last challenge, Fort Dorchester lost by Oceanside Collegiate Academy (Mt. Pleasant, SC), 2-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Tigers play the St. James Sharks (Murrells Inlet, SC) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 7. Wilson will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Sharks come into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Wilson (Florence, SC).
