Dixie Heights Colonels (Edgewood, KY) boosters exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Ludlow Panthers (Ludlow, KY), 8-0 in a league test.

With the triumph, Dixie Heights moves its record to 5-3 on the campaign. The Colonels travel to Villa Madonna (Covington, KY) to clash with the Vikings in a District 34 test on Tuesday, September 10. The Vikings come into the test with a record of 3-4. Villa Madonna lost 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Newport Central Catholic (Newport, KY)

The Panthers now sport a 3-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to St. Henry for a District 34 test on Monday, September 9.
