West Noble Chargers (Ligonier, IN) backers exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Lakeland Lakers (LaGrange, IN), 5-0 in a league test.

With the triumph, West Noble advances its record to 3-2 on the campaign. The Chargers travel to Angola (Angola, IN) to clash with the Hornets in a Northeast Corner test on Saturday, September 7. The Hornets come into the test with a record of 4-1. Angola won 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Norwell (Ossian, IN)

The Lakers now have a 0-5 record. They take the field next when they host South Bend Riley for a non-league test on Saturday, September 7. Lakeland will clash with a Wildcats team coming off a 7-0 non-league loss to Penn (Mishawaka, IN). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-2.
