The Sulphur Bulldogs softball team scored 12 runs and held the host Ada Cougars to 2 in the Bulldogs non-league win on Thursday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 11-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Allen for a non-league battle on Friday, September 6. Sulphur will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 11-3 non-league loss to Coalgate (Coalgate, OK). The Mustangs record now stands at 10-6.

With the loss, Ada moves to 3-12 on the season. The Cougars host Byng (Ada, OK) to confront the Pirates in a non-league battle on Monday, September 9. The Pirates come into the battle with a record of 8-5.
