In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting Pioneer-Pleasant Vale Mustangs softball team scored a tight 5-4 victory over the Glencoe Panthers.

The Mustangs (2-10) will now prepare for their match against Shidler (Shidler, OK). The Tigers go into the non-league match with a 9-3 record. In their last match, Shidler tipped Pioneer-Pleasant Vale (Waukomis, OK), 7-1, in a non-league match.

In their next game, the Panthers battle the Carney Bulldogs (Carney, OK) in a Class B match, on Tuesday, September 10. Glencoe will attempt to better on its 5-8 season record. The Bulldogs go into the match with a 6-2 record after their 1-0 non-league win over Oilton (Oilton, OK).
