The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Morgan County Bulldogs (Madison, GA) and the host Jackson Red Devils (Jackson, GA), observed Morgan County's softball team prevail over Jackson by a tally of 11-0.

The Bulldogs (8-2) will now prepare for their bout against Monroe Area (Monroe, GA). The Purple Hurricanes go into the non-league bout with a 9-7 record. In their last bout, Monroe Area knocked off East Hall (Gainesville, GA), 12-0, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Red Devils clash with the East Coweta Indians (Sharpsburg, GA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, September 6. Jackson will attempt to advance on its 1-12 season record. The Indians go into the bout with a 16-0 record after their 16-1 non-league win over Campbell (Smyrna, GA).
