In Thursday's league challenge, the visiting Warren East Raiders volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Allen County-Scottsville Patriots.

The Raiders (9-2) will now prepare for their challenge against South Warren (Bowling Green, KY). The Spartans come into the non-league challenge with a 10-5 record. In their last challenge, South Warren was beaten by Central Hardin (Cecilia, KY), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Patriots meet the Metcalfe County Hornets (Edmonton, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, September 9. Allen County-Scottsville will attempt to upgrade on its 4-5 season record. The Hornets come into the challenge with a 4-6 record after their 3-2 league loss to Clinton County (Albany, KY).
