The Sultana Sultans volleyball squad (Hesperia, CA), dropped 3-1 in Thursday's league battle with the visiting Burroughs Burros (Ridgecrest, CA)

With the win, Burroughs improves its record to 7-0 on the season. The Burros travel to Kern Valley (Lake Isabella, CA) to encounter the Broncs in a non-league battle on Friday, September 6. The Broncs go into the battle with a record of 2-1. Kern Valley won 3-0 in their recent non-league battle against Immanuel Christian (Ridgecrest, CA)

The Sultans now own a 10-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Oak Hills for a Mojave River battle on Tuesday, September 10.
