The Gators now possess a 6-1 record. They play next when they host Whiteville for a Waccamaw 1A/2A bout on Tuesday, September 10. East Columbus will clash with a Wolfpack team coming off a 3-0 league win over West Columbus (Cerro Gordo, NC). The Wolfpack record now stands at 8-1.

With the loss, South Columbus drops to 3-5 on the campaign. The Stallions host West Columbus (Cerro Gordo, NC) to clash with the Vikings in a Waccamaw 1A/2A bout on Tuesday, September 10.
