In Thursday's non-league challenge, the host Ohio County Eagles volleyball team scored a close 3-2 triumph over the Grayson County Cougars.
The Eagles (8-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Hancock County (Lewisport, KY). The Hornets enter the non-league contest with a 2-8 record. In their last contest, Hancock County was tipped by Barren County (Glasgow, KY), 3-0, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Cougars meet the McLean County Cougars (Calhoun, KY) in a non-league contest, on Monday, September 9. Grayson County will attempt to move on its 4-5 season record.
