The Holy Cross Academy Mustangs volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Kelton Lions to 2 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Mustangs now possess a 1-7 record. They play next when they host Southcrest Christian for a TAPPS 2A District 1 outing on Thursday, September 19.

With the loss, Kelton drops to 5-2 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Crowell (Crowell, TX) to play the Wildcats in a non-league outing on Saturday, September 14. The Wildcats come into the outing with a record of 15-4. Crowell won 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Paducah (Paducah, TX)
