Georgia High School Volleyball - Rabun County edged by Lumpkin County

Lumpkin County Indians (Dahlonega, GA) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the visiting Rabun County Wildcats (Tiger, GA), 2-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Lumpkin County improves its record to 6-13 on the season. The Indians travel to Monroe Area (Monroe, GA) to encounter the Purple Hurricanes in a non-league test on Saturday, September 7. The Purple Hurricanes go into the test with a record of 8-12. Monroe Area lost 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Athens Academy (Athens, GA)

The Wildcats now own a 10-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Greene County for a 1A Area 8 test on Thursday, September 12.
