The Royals (8-2) will now prepare for their contest against Clovis North (Fresno, CA). The Broncos enter the non-league contest with a 12-2 record. In their last contest, Clovis North notched a victory over Pace Academy (Atlanta, GA), 2-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Spartans battle the South Hills Huskies (West Covina, CA) in a non-league contest, on Friday, September 6. Rio Mesa will attempt to move on its 3-8 season record. The Huskies enter the contest with a 4-3 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Diamond Ranch (Pomona, CA).
