In Friday's league match, the visiting Atlantis/Westport football squad scored a good 8-0 triumph over the Monomoy Sharks.
The (1-0) will now prepare for their battle against Keefe Tech (Framingham, MA). The Broncos go into the Freelance battle with a 1-0 record. In their last battle, Keefe Tech prevailed over Murdock (Winchendon, MA), 33-12, in a non-league battle.
The Sharks now have a 0-1 record. They play next when they host Cape Cod RVT for a non-league battle on Friday, September 12. Monomoy will play a Crusaders team coming off a 49-12 non-league loss to Tri-County RVT (Franklin, MA). The Crusaders record now stands at 0-1.
