Nebraska High School Football - Gretna thwarted by Norris

Norris Titans (Firth, NE) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the host Gretna Dragons (Gretna, NE), 52-35 in a non-league battle.

With the win, Norris improves its record to 2-0 on the season. The Titans host Lincoln Northwest (Lincoln, NE) to meet the Falcons in a non-league test on Friday, September 12. The Falcons come into the test with a record of 0-2. Lincoln Northwest lost 56-7 in their recent non-league test against Scottsbluff (Scottsbluff, NE)

With the defeat, Gretna drops to 1-1 on the campaign. The Dragons host Blair (Blair, NE) to meet the Bears in a non-league test on Thursday, September 11. The Bears come into the test with a record of 0-2. Blair lost 14-7 in their recent non-league test against Pius X (Lincoln, NE)
