The Crusaders (2-0) will now prepare for their contest against Battle (Columbia, MO). The Spartans enter the non-league contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, Battle was trounced by Capital City (Jefferson City, MO), 56-0, in a non-league contest.

Coming up next, the Kewpies battle the Capital City Cavaliers (Jefferson City, MO) in a Central Missouri contest, on Friday, September 12. Hickman will attempt to advance on its 1-1 season record. The Cavaliers go into the bout with a 1-1 record after their 56-0 non-league win over Battle (Columbia, MO).
