Georgia High School Football - Hillgrove prevails Marietta

September 5, 2025: Marietta, GA 30064

In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Hillgrove Hawks football squad scored a good 34-6 triumph over the Marietta Blue Devils.

The Hawks (3-0) will now prepare for their match against Osborne (Marietta, GA). The Cardinals come into the AAAAAA Region 3 match with a 0-3 record. In their last match, Osborne was beaten by Fellowship Christian (Roswell, GA), 50-7, in a non-league battle.

The Blue Devils now have a 0-4 record. They play next when they travel to Wheeler for a AAAAAA Region 5 battle on Friday, September 12. Marietta will play a Wildcats team coming off a 42-28 non-league loss to Kell (Marietta, GA). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-3.
