Potsdam Sandstoners (Potsdam, NY) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team triumph over the visiting St. Lawrence Central Larries (Brasher Falls, NY), 42-0 in a league test.
The Sandstoners now hold a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Non Varsity Opponent for a non-league test on Friday, September 19.
With the defeat, St. Lawrence Central drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Larries host Massena (Massena, NY) to meet the Raiders in a Section 10 test on Friday, September 12. The Raiders come into the test with a record of 1-0. Massena won 20-7 in their recent non-league test against Saranac Lake (Saranac Lake, NY)
