Ohio High School Football - Trimble defeats Vinton County

September 5, 2025: Glouster, OH 45732

The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Trimble Tomcats (Glouster, OH) and the visiting Vinton County Vikings (McArthur, OH), witnessed Trimble's football squad topple Vinton County by a tally of 10-0.

The Tomcats (2-1) will now prepare for their bout against Wellston (Wellston, OH). The Golden Rockets go into the non-league bout with a 1-2 record. In their last bout, Wellston was topped by South Point (South Point, OH), 24-7, in a non-league bout.

The Vikings now own a 0-3 record. They play next when they travel to Meigs for a non-league match on Friday, September 12. Vinton County will confront a Marauders squad coming off a 56-21 non-league loss to Liberty Union (Baltimore, OH). The Marauders record now stands at 0-3.
