Colorado High School Softball - Limon drops to Brush

Brush Beetdiggers (Brush, CO) fans exited the stadium satisfied Friday as they witnessed their softball team run past the visiting Limon Badgers (Limon, CO), 12-2 in a non-league match.

The Beetdiggers (7-1) will now prepare for their battle against Rocky Ford (Rocky Ford, CO). The Meloneers come into the non-league battle with a 2-6 record. In their last battle, Rocky Ford was routed by Widefield (Colorado Springs, CO), 13-1, in a non-league battle.

With the loss, Limon moves to 1-9 on the season. The Badgers travel to Burlington (Burlington, CO) to meet the Cougars in a non-league challenge on Saturday, September 6. The Cougars go into the challenge with a record of 2-4.
