The Longhorns now possess a 10-13 record. They take the field next when they travel to McGregor for a non-league match on Tuesday, September 9. Axtell will confront a Bulldogs squad coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Lampasas (Lampasas, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 7-12.

The Wildcats (5-8) will now prepare for their match against Blum (Blum, TX). The Bobcats enter the non-league match with a 7-14 record.
