In Friday's league challenge, the host Cresset Christian Academy Eagles volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Sheets Memorial Christian Eagles.

The Eagles (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Faith Christian Academy (Burlington, NC). The Knights come into the challenge with a 1-3 record. In their last challenge, Faith Christian Academy beat Zion Academy (Eden, NC), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Eagles meet the Salem Christian School Defenders (Winston-Salem, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 11. Sheets Memorial Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Defenders come into the challenge with a 4-3 record after their 3-0 league win over North Hills Christian (Salisbury, NC).
