The Eagle River Wolves edged the host Redington Huskies volleyball squad by a final score of 1-0 in Friday's non-league game.
Next up, the Wolves confront the Houston Hawks (Big Lake, AK) in a non-league game, on Friday, September 5. Eagle River will attempt to advance on its 17-5 season record. The Hawks go into the game with a 1-4 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Mountain City Christian Academy (Anchorage, AK).
The Huskies (0-9) will now prepare for their game against Valdez (Valdez, AK). The Buccaneers go into the non-league game with a 11-4 record. In their last game, Valdez nudged Barrow (Utqiagvik, AK), 2-1, in a non-league match.
