MacArthur Highlanders (Lawton, OK) boosters left the game thrilled Friday as they saw their volleyball team overcome the visiting Sapulpa Chieftains (Sapulpa, OK), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Highlanders (8-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Altus (Altus, OK). The Bulldogs enter the non-league challenge with a 10-2 record. In their last challenge, Altus beat Sapulpa (Sapulpa, OK), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Chieftains meet the Classen SAS Comets (Oklahoma City, OK) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 6. Sapulpa will attempt to improve on its 9-9 season record. The Comets go into the test with a 9-4 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to MacArthur (Lawton, OK).
