Florida High School Volleyball - Old Plank Christian Academy crushed by St. Joseph Academy

The St. Joseph Academy Flashes prevailed the visiting Old Plank Christian Academy Defenders volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Flashes now possess a 6-4 record. They take the field next when they host Palatka for a non-league match on Monday, September 8. St. Joseph Academy will confront a Panthers squad coming off a 3-2 league loss to Keystone Heights (Keystone Heights, FL). The Panthers record now stands at 4-3.

The Defenders (2-8) will now prepare for their match against Covenant School of Jacksonville (Jacksonville, FL). The Warriors enter the non-league match with a 3-4 record. In their last match, Covenant School of Jacksonville was outscored by Harvest Community (Jacksonville, FL), 3-0, in a league match.
