The Rowlett Eagles volleyball squad (Rowlett, TX), was defeated 3-0 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Sachse Mustangs (Sachse, TX)

With the win, Sachse improves its record to 11-12 on the season. The Mustangs travel to North Garland (Garland, TX) to encounter the Raiders in a 6A Region II District 9 battle on Tuesday, September 9. The Raiders go into the battle with a record of 6-8. North Garland lost 3-1 in their recent league challenge against Garland (Garland, TX)

Next, the Eagles meet the Wylie Pirates (Wylie, TX) in a 6A Region II District 9 challenge, on Tuesday, September 9. Rowlett will attempt to upgrade on its 4-13 season record. The Pirates enter the challenge with a 15-11 record after their 3-0 league win over Wylie East (Wylie, TX).
