In Friday's non-league challenge, the visiting Smith Vo-Tech Vikings volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Sci-Tech CyberCats.
The Vikings (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Southwick Regional (Southwick, MA). The Rams come into the Pioneer Valley - Metro challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Southwick Regional beat Ware (Ware, MA), 3-1, in a league challenge.
Next, the CyberCats meet the Springfield Renaissance (Springfield, MA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 9. Sci-Tech will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The come into the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 3-0 league win over Southwick Regional (Southwick, MA).
