Maine High School Soccer - Lincoln Academy nudges Leavitt

Lincoln Academy Eagles (Newcastle, ME) fans were thrilled Tuesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Leavitt Hornets (Turner, ME), 2-1 in a league challenge.
Next, the Eagles confront the Gardiner Tigers (Gardiner, ME) in a Class B - South challenge, on Friday, September 9. Lincoln Academy will attempt to better on its 3-1 season record.
The Hornets now have a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Gardiner for a Class B - South challenge on Tuesday, September 13.
