With the win, Mount Tabor upgrades its record to 1-4 on the year. The Spartans travel to Davie (Mocksville, NC) to face the War Eagles in a non-league outing on Thursday, September 8. The War Eagles go into the outing with a record of 2-2. Davie won 2-1 in their recent non-league outing against Reagan (Pfafftown, NC)

The Eagles now own a 3-5 record. They play next when they travel to Grimsley for a non-league outing on Wednesday, September 7. East Forsyth will face a Whirlies squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Western Guilford (Greensboro, NC). The Whirlies record now stands at 5-1.
