In Tuesday's non-league battle, the visiting Hesperia Christian Patriots volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Silver Valley Trojans.
The Patriots (2-0) will now prepare for their battle against Excelsior Charter (Victorville, CA). The Eagles come into the non-league battle with a 0-5 record. In their last battle, Excelsior Charter was edged by Chaffey (Ontario, CA), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Trojans encounter the Academy of Careers & Exploration Eagle (Helendale, CA) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, September 27. Silver Valley will attempt to advance on its 0-2 season record.
