North Carolina High School Volleyball - Wayne Christian over Epiphany

In Tuesday's league contest, the Wayne Christian Eagles (Goldsboro, NC) volleyball squad were winner over the visiting Epiphany Falcons (New Bern, NC), by a margin of 2-0.

Next up, the Eagles battle the Neuse Christian Academy Lions (Raleigh, NC) in a non-league contest, on Monday, September 12. Wayne Christian will attempt to better on its 4-1 season record. The Lions go into the contest with a 4-2 record after their 2-0 league win over Friendship Christian (Raleigh, NC).

With the loss, Epiphany moves to 0-3 on the year. The Falcons host Wayne Country Day (Goldsboro, NC) to battle the Chargers in a contest on Thursday, September 8. The Chargers go into the contest with a record of 2-3. Wayne Country Day won 2-0 in their recent non-league contest against Wayne Preparatory Academy (Goldsboro, NC)
