The Spartans (2-5) will now prepare for their challenge against James Kenan (Warsaw, NC). The Tigers come into the non-league challenge with a 1-5 record. In their last challenge, James Kenan went down by East Duplin (Beulaville, NC), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Vikings encounter the Lakewood Leopards (Roseboro, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 8. West Columbus will attempt to move on its 0-3 season record. The Leopards come into the challenge with a 1-6 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Pender (Burgaw, NC).
