In Tuesday's non-league battle, the host Braxton County Eagles soccer squad scored a good 8-0 triumph over the Midland Trail Patriots.
The Eagles (4-0) will now prepare for their battle against South Harrison (Lost Creek, WV). The Hawks come into the non-league battle with a 0-3 record. In their last battle, South Harrison was overwhelmed by Ravenswood (Ravenswood, WV), 8-0, in a non-league battle.
The Patriots (0-4) will now prepare for their battle against Webster County (Upper Glade, WV). The Highlanders come into the non-league battle with a 4-2 record. In their last battle, Webster County thwarted Independence (Coal City, WV), 9-1, in a non-league battle.
