North Carolina High School Soccer - Trinity Christian nudges Coastal North Carolina HomeSchool

Trinity Christian Tigers (Greenville, NC) fans were thrilled Tuesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Coastal North Carolina HomeSchool Brigade (New Bern, NC), 3-2 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Tigers confront the Gramercy Christian Warriors (Newport, NC) in a NCCAA 2A South challenge, on Friday, September 9. Trinity Christian will attempt to better on its 5-1 season record. The Warriors enter the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 3-3 league Faith Christian Academy (Goldsboro, NC).

The Brigade now have a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they host John Paul II Catholic for a non-league challenge on Thursday, September 8. Coastal North Carolina HomeSchool will confront a Saints team coming off a 5-1 league loss to Greenfield (Wilson, NC). The Saints record now stands at 1-3.
