Next, the Lancers confront the Derry Trojans (Derry, PA) in a WPIAL AA 2 challenge, on Thursday, September 8. Deer Lakes will attempt to better on its 4-1 season record. The Trojans enter the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 5-1 league loss to Greensburg Salem (Greensburg, PA).

The Bulldogs now have a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Leechburg for a WPIAL AA 2 challenge on Saturday, September 10. Shady Side Academy will confront a Blue Devils team coming off a 2-1 league loss to Freeport (Freeport, PA). The Blue Devils record now stands at 2-1.
