In Tuesday's league battle, the host Loyola Crusaders soccer squad scored a close 3-2 triumph over the St. Peter Saints.

The Crusaders (2-2) will now prepare for their battle against Waseca (Waseca, MN). The Bluejays come into the Class A Section 2 battle with a 1-5 record. In their last battle, Waseca nudged Fairmont (Fairmont, MN), 3-1, in a league battle.

The Saints (2-3) will now prepare for their battle against Mankato East (Mankato, MN). The Cougars come into the Class A Section 2 battle with a 1-4 record. In their last battle, Mankato East was nudged by Northfield (Northfield, MN), 3-0, in a league battle.
