The crowd at Tuesday's non-league test between the South Iredell Vikings (Statesville, NC) and the visiting North Iredell Raiders (Olin, NC), saw South Iredell's soccer squad get by North Iredell by a margin of 2-1.

The Vikings now sport a 2-5 record. They play next when they host West Cabarrus for a Greater Metro 4A test on Tuesday, September 13. South Iredell will meet a Wolverines squad coming off a 5-0 non-league win over Central Cabarrus (Concord, NC). The Wolverines record now stands at 8-1.

With the loss, North Iredell drops to 3-3 on the season. The Raiders travel to Carson (China Grove, NC) to meet the Cougars in a non-league test on Wednesday, September 7. The Cougars come into the test with a record of 2-2. Carson lost 4-3 in their recent non-league test against A.L. Brown (Kannapolis, NC)
